The office is open one hour before the first cruise.
Rašín Embankment between the Palacký and Jirásek bridges
To get to the pier where our steamboats are docked between the Palacký and Jirásek bridges from the centre of Prague, from the Charles Bridge walk along the beautiful Smetana and Masaryk embankments. The journey, during which you can see the historical centre of Prague, will take you about 20 minutes.
You can also go by foot along the left bank of the Vltava from Kampa along the Malá Strana and Janáček Embankment, across the Jirásek Bridge and all the way to the dock.
You can also get to the steamboat dock by tram, which go from the Moráň stop in Charles Square or from the centre from the Charles Bridge along the embankments. You can get out either at the Palackého náměstí stop or the Jiráskovo náměstí stop. Then all you have to do is walk down to the river.
Tram connections also lead from the left bank of the Vltava from the Anděl stop in Smíchov to the Palackého náměstí stop.
Get out at the Karlovo náměstí metro station on line B. There are two exits from the metro, one on Charles Square (Karlovo náměstí) and the other on Palacký Square (Palackého náměstí) – that's the right one. Exit the metro and go down the hill in the direction of the river. The dock is right on the embankment directly in front of you.

But the best alternative is to leave your car in the garage of the Anděl shopping centre and then walk to the dock on foot (approx. 500 m) or take tram no. 7, 10 or 16 two stops to the Palackého náměstí stop.

The Grand Cruise of Prague, lunch and dinner cruises depart from Čech Bridge.
Here you will also find the newly opened wheelchair accessible dock – the Bohemia Port – the only one of its kind in Prague.

Čech Bridge leading to Pařížská Street
It's easy to get to us from Old Town Square in the historical centre of Prague.
Our pier is at Čech Bridge (Čechův most) a 5-minute walk from beautiful Pařížská Street, a shopping street full of luxury brands. The street will take you straight to the Dvořák Embankment (Dvořákovo nábřeží), where you will find our pier right at Čech Bridge.
If you are coming here from a more outlying part of Prague, the best way to get here is by taking metro line A.
Get out at the Staroměstská station and from there it's about a 10-minute walk along 17. listopadu Street or along the Aleš and Dvořák Embankment. You can also take tram. no 17 and ride one stop from the Staroměstská stop to the Právnická fakulta stop. From there all you have to do is walk to the Dvořák Embankment (Dvořákovo nábřeží) and look for our pier at Čech Bridge (Čechův most).
If you're coming by tram, take tram no. 17 to the Právnická fakulta stop. Get out and walk towards the river to the Dvořák Embankment (Dvořákovo nábřeží). You will find our pier right at Čech Bridge (Čechův most).
You can also take the bus no. 207 to get to our pier. Get out at the Právnická fakulta stop and walk to the embankment at Čech Bridge (Čechův most).
Or you can take the bus to the Nemocnice Na Františku stop, from where you can walk right along the Dvořák Embankment (Dvořákovo nábřeží) all the way to Čech Bridge.
We don't recommend taking your car unless you absolutely have to. The centre of Prague is busy and parking is tricky because of the parking zones.
If you take your car anyway, you can park either in the garage of the Rudolfinum or at the Hotel InterContinental Prague. There is also paid parking in the green zones at the Dvořák Embankment (Dvořákovo nábřeží), or on Na Rejdišti, Břehové or 17. listopadu streets. You can park here for up to 6 hours, but due to the limited number of parking spots we don't recommend this option.
